If you do another yoga retreat let me  know - I&#039;d love to do an intensive, have looked vaguely into them in Bali (particularly with so many cheap flights!) ... have been doing a hatha style in Melbourne (before I stuffed my neck up) Sakshin Gatashtha Yoga. Looks like there&#039;s quite a few similarities in the styles, the focus in Sakshin Gatashtha is on keeping the mind light and playful and poses flowing. Lots of backends and twists. Yummy!</description>
