Hi guys – your update caught me on my belated Christmas visit to my parents – so I am actually caught up on my personal email.

This looks great – such a tremendous difference! congrats. I feel your pain of the multiple trips to the hardware store for the right part. The only thing worse is the weekend car repair that goes the same way and you need it running for getting to work on Monday.

I really like the light and airy feel with the light colored woods and the natural light – good choices there.

I also have a hard time being alone for long stretches and focusing on my own needs and wants. I love the idea of it, but practically speaking, I get bored and want company and the stimulation of planning with others after a couple days. I think it sounds like a very healthy adventure you’re having. I imagine you’ll discover a lot about yourself during this time.
